Government advice has changed, and I am now able to offer treatments. 


Please contact me if you are interested in receiving treatment (Daoyin Tao is currently excluded as it is applied to the face). All consultation forms will be completed in advance. In some cases, it may not be possible to give treatment. 

There are a limited number of places for on line yoga classes using Zoom.

I teach yoga classes in the Medway Towns in Kent.

In my classes we combine strength, alignment and stillness, with movement which can be playful.

I also teach one to one or small group sessions of up to three people. Please contact me for more information.

My yoga is influenced by a variety of teachers, including Bob Insley, Sheri Greenaway, and Jonathan Monks.

I run courses in Mindfulness for Health and Wellbeing, designed for those who wish to explore the ways in which mindfulness and meditation can benefit their everyday life.
