Mindfulness and Meditation

Mindfulness and meditation practice helps you to accept things as they are. It won’t make your frustration, stress, anxiety, regrets, or even thoughts go away, but it will teach you how to respond to those feelings and thoughts in a different way. This can, over time, have profound effects in different areas of your life. It will help you find the stillness and present moment awareness so that you can fully experience the vibrancy of life right now.

I run 8 week courses which draw strongly on the Zen tradition but are not religious. All you need is curiosity, interest, and a willingness to practice.
