If you have any questions about your privacy or this Privacy Policy, please contact me.

I take your privacy very seriously and will always do my best to protect your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the information I collect and how I use it. If anything is unclear please let me know.

I do not share your personal information with any third party unless I have your consent (for example, if you require information to be passed to your GP).

The information I hold electronically is:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Phone numbers

  • Home address when provided

  • Email communication

I will collect information about you when:

  • You sign up to my mailing list on my website

  • You contact me using the contact page form

  • You contact me through social media

  • You provide information via personal contact / direct email / phone

I will then contact you requesting permission to retain your information.

I will only contact you with information about the services I offer as promoted on this website, namely, yoga, mindfulness, and complementary therapies.

You can use the contact page on my website at any time to request that I remove your details from my mailing list.

I use a private email client to store your details in an electronic address book and to contact you via email. All message recipients will be blind copied (Bcc) so your email address will not be shown to any other recipient.

At present (February 2019) I do not use an automated mail distribution service.

All emails will be held for one year, unless you specifically request that I delete them.

Other information not held electronically

Information regarding health issues, collected during a case history in a therapy session, is stored on paper only, in a locked cabinet.

These details are held for a period of five (5) years after your last appointment with me. After this time all paperwork relating to your treatment is destroyed by shredding.

You may request that your paperwork is destroyed at any time.


When massage sessions resume, there will be an additional declaration form to complete stating that:

  1. There has not been in contact with anyone with Covid-19, in the last 14 days, to your knowledge

  2. There have not been any symptoms: - dry cough, temp over 37.8°C, loss of smell and/or taste

  3. Should the client contract the virus you must inform the therapist as soon as possible

  4. Should the client contract the virus we are obliged to inform NHS Track & Trace

There will also be a signed declaration from the therapist stating the same declaration

All first-time and follow-up consultations will be carried out either on the phone or via video conferencing rather than face to face
